What we do offer, is a complimentary consultation session that lets you choose from our list of extensive planning services. Based on your budget, time, vision and requirements, we then come up with a customized proposal that suits your needs and preferences. So you don't have to sign up "all or nothing" with us. But, just what you need. Listed below are usual framework of packages -

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

This package is ideal for those who have created the vision, pulled together all the pieces, and want to be able to relax and enjoy their day, without worrying about the final logistics.
Service begins 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and includes 2 meetings, creation of a wedding day timeline, communication and confirmations with all vendors, rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of service on the wedding day with the help of an additional assistant

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

DESIGN MANAGEMENT (includes on-the-day coordination)

This package is great for families or couples that prefer to take on most of the planning, but would like help pulling together the overall design and details for the day. This package includes 4 meetings. We’ll have our first Design Consultation when you sign the contract, and work with you to customize your wedding aesthetic, details and decor. With our experience and expansive network of specialty vendors, we’ll bring on the best teams to make your design come to life. This package also includes budget guidance, layout development, vendor management, and everything else included in the basic Wedding Management Package.

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

This package is for hosts or the couple who would like a planner to take care of all wedding day details. Services include consultation from the time you sign the contract, assistance with basic design concept and color scheme, up to 6 in-person meetings with your coordinator, organization of contracts and budget, scheduling vendor interviews and meetings, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of necessary insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and full day of service on the wedding day with the help of two assistants.
